DONATING SUPPORT: All donations to Let Them Rock 501(c)3, including amounts $250 above with option for official receipt for tax purposes tracked by the  "Let Them Rock LTR GIVE Donation Form,"  unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior, are classified as "without Donor Restrictions," in accordance with Let Them Rock's early adoption of The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) No. 2016-14 August 2016 Amendments to the FASB Accounting Standards Codification®, per the FASB's glossary elimination of "Donor Imposed Permanently Restricted and Temporarily Restricted" terms.  Let Them Rock internally self-determines donated support purpose(s), amount(s), and allocation destination(s) after considering the indicated donation's "preferred performance-based music education location(s).  All event-associated donations, ie: fundrazors, memorials, and pledge intentions must be pre-approved by Let Them Rock prior to anyone including mention of Let Them Rock in any articulation and/or publication anywhere online, print, programs, marketing, or otherwise.  To inquire about an event-associated donation Contact Let Them Rock, or to share non-event-associated planned giving intensions, submit a Let Them Rock Planned Giving Notification Form.  The official registration and financial information of Let Them Rock may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.  To support Let Them Rock with a non-cash donation, self-determine its fair market value before visiting theDonate Items page go submit the non-cash "Let Them Rock Donation Consideration Form."

 

PERFORMANCE-BASED MUSIC EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER(s):  Let Them Rock's preferred performance-based music education service provider is School of Rock, visit http://locations.schoolofrock.com/us to find a location near you.  Traditional music education/assessment cultivates and captures "WHAT students know," while performance-based music education/assessment activates and demonstrates "HOW students UTILIZE what they know." Performance-based learning simultaneously develops and connects creative habits of mind by engaging students holistically in applying music knowledge and performance skills within real life contexts, preparing them for success on stage and beyond. The stage tells the truth. ​If due to geographic or other circumstances, you prefer to invite another performance-based music education service provider other than School of Rock to apply to become a Let Them Rock approved service provider,  LET THEM ROCK PROCESSES ALTERNATIVE PERFORMANCE-BASED MUSIC EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER CONSIDERATION REQUESTS AND APPLICATIONS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, without specified turnaround timeframes for determinations.  Submit a "Let Them Rock SERVICE PROVIDER CONSIDERATION REQUEST Form," to request that Let Them Rock consider sending a "Let Them Rock SERVICE PROVIDER APPLICATION Form" to the performance-based music education provider you've submitted for consideration.  The alternative service provider application process is activated only at Let Them Rock's discretion and invitation, and is conducted strictly between Let Them Rock and the applying organization, with approvals determined at Let Them Rock's discretion via reviews and renewals conducted annually, without notice or rationale provided for why Let Them Rock may or may not choose to send a "Let Them Rock SERVICE PROVIDER APPLICATION Form" to the preferred service provider submitted for consideration, nor to the applying organization for their approval or non-approval. If you do not receive written notification from a performance-based music education service provider, that they have been approved by Let Them Rock this calendar year, assume they have not been approved.  Let Them Rock invoicing instructions and policies may be updated at any time without notification.  Let Them Rock award allocations are limited to services rendered and time-restricted to the months specified with an invoice deadline of the last day of the last award month.  Award allocation fulfillment requires the preferred performance-based music service provider's timely and successful submission of accurate invoices for services rendered, the site's failure of which to accomplish revokes Let Them Rock's total award allocation responsibilities, and may be contingent upon the student scholarship application submitter's confirmation of services rendered.  Preferred performance-based music providers that intentionally or unintentionally obstruct the fulfillment of an award, eg: by failing to schedule, re-schedule, or otherwise not fulfill educational services within an award's timeline, or for any reason not successfully invoice accurately on-time for services rendered, may result in Let Them Rock charging administrative fees, implementing shortened invoicing restrictions, and requiring site-tailored legal agreements designed to ensure the best interests of students, guardians, and Let Them Rock going forward.

 

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION: Let Them Rock posts content of interest to both adults and youth, and in compliance with COPPAhttp://www.coppa.org/comply.htm, is held harmless for youth under 13 gaining access to content, activities, posts, and providing personal and/or activity information collected passively by cookies and/or voluntarily submissions via surveys, contest entries, or posted comments while viewing or engaging with this site supervised or unsupervised by their legal guardian.  Personal information collected, ie; name, address, e-mail address, hobbies, demographics etc., requested are reasonable conditions of participation, and may be utilized to notify contest winners, tailor customer services, or market back to youth/adults.  To maintain confidentiality and security, personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without opt-in consent, excluding internal operations/website/orders/technical support.  With limited capabilities, we do our best to provide options for opting-in and opting-out of notifications and data collection processes, however, it is the responsibility of Let Them Rock viewers, visitors, and utilizers, to explicitly outline their privacy and contact preference requests to Let Them Rock in writing.  Legal guardians may request to review, and/or delete, and/or refuse the collection of youth personal information, at risk of resulting restricted or disabled use of this site.  The legal guardians of youth utilizing this site’s content unsupervised or supervised, hold harmless Let Them Rock for any and all likely or unlikely incurred injuries considered substantial, outweighed by other benefits, or reasonably avoidable, and may inquire about this site’s privacy policies from the operator Let Them Rock via our CONTACT form.

 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION TIMEFRAMES-SEASONS-DEADLINES-NOTIFICATIONS:  All of Let Them Rock's scholarship application timeframes-seasons-deadlines are projected, sometimes more than a year in advance, for which we then take into account seasonally in-real-time the fluctuating fundraising efforts of local performance-based music education locations and generosity of donors, which informs our adjusted/updated scholarship timeframes-seasons-deadlines posted in the "when" section of letthemrock.org/applyfaq where the onus is upon organizations and guardians to keep tabs on any/all updates, in lieu of our admin bandwidth to provide any additional details other than updates on the site accessible in-real-time to all and is subject to change without notification from Let Them Rock at anytime.
